RailDriVE is a testing and measuring vehicle that offers a flexible and adaptable platform for positioning and safety testing for rail and road. The multitude of scenarios for application ranges from deployment as a reference station for DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) to the testing of positioning-based collision avoidance systems.
The two-way vehicle has a number of positioning and communication components, allowing it to test and evaluate a variety of sensor combinations providing different positioning data.
